Yeah, I'm a little bit cocky!

The cockiness can be either a sharp knife for a good chef or the knife that kill the Chef. But you dont have it, dont ever think abt being a better chef! So, I will take it and see how far it'll take me.

Of course, I'm good enough to be a great Chef! After just 8months, every single thing I put on the plate now is great. I finish w the great sauces, great cooking of meat or fish. I work 2, 3 times harder than other cooks. I absorb the better techniques and master things quickly. I plan my life, and control it my way. I do know what I'm doing and, obviously, I will make it!
